Harga Sony Xperia Z - Ajang CES yang berlangsung di Las Vegas memang penuh dengna kejutan. Salah satu vendor yang memberi kejutan adalah Sony. Sony telah memperkenalkan Sony Xperia Z atau Sony Yuga kepada umum untuk pertama kalinya. Ponsel ini diperkenalkan sebagai tanda akan trend ponsel layar besar di tahun 2013 nanti.
Seperti yang dirumorkan sebelumnya, ponsel ini memiliki kemampuan layar Full HD dengan lebar layar 5 inci, yang mungkin pada tahun ini akan menjadi trend smartphone. Selain itu, ponsel ini akan memiliki procesor Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core dengan kecepatan 1.5GHz dan juga dengan dukungan RAM sebesar 2GB.
Di sisi kamera sendiri, masih sama seperti rumor sebelumnya. Spesifikasi Sony Yuga memiliki kamera 13MP yang berada di belakang dengan sederet fitur seperti merekam dengan kualitas full HD 1080p.
Sony Xperia Z ini juga memiliki support OS Android Jelly Bean sebagai platfor OSnya, sama seperti HTC J Butterfly. Selain itu, ponsel ini dikabarkan dan diklaim dapat tahan air dan tahan debu. Ponsel ini diklaim dapat bertahan diair di kedalaman 1 meter dengan waktu sekitar 30 menit.
Sony Xperia Z kemungkinana akan diluncurkan pada bulan Maret mendatang. Selain itu, Sony juga belum mengabarkan berapa harga Sony Xperia Z secara resmi untuk ponsel yang diklaim memiliki benchmark tertinggi ini.
